CMC approached me with the challenge of simplifying their information-dense website. Their previous site struggled to clearly communicate their identity and services and was difficult for users to navigate due to its complex structure. We focused on optimizing the sitemap to create the most intuitive user pathways. By reorganizing their content into a more streamlined format and enhancing their visual presentation, I significantly improved the user experience, making it smooth and engaging.
